1. Service Availability
We offer shipping services to various countries across Asia (including India, Nepal, Uzbekistan, Pakistan, Georgia, and more), as well as to multiple destinations in Europe and Africa. Shipping fees, including any applicable taxes or duties, will be calculated at checkout and must be confirmed before completing the purchase.
2. Order Processing Time

Custom-Dye Orders
For orders requiring custom color dyeing, the process is as follows:-
The customer pays a dye fee upfront and provides a color reference (e.g., Pantone number or physical sample).

Our team prepares a lab dip based on the reference.

Upon approval, we proceed with bulk dyeing and send a final fabric sample (ABC sample from 3 different rolls) for customer confirmation.
Processing Time: Approx. 15 business days after lab dip approval.

Regular Orders (Non-Custom Products)
Orders of in-stock items are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
3. Shipping Time & Methods

Standard Delivery
Shipping time depends on the destination country and region. For most destinations, standard delivery takes 7–15 business days. -
Expedited Shipping (Available Upon Request)
Expedited shipping options are available for urgent orders. Delivery times and costs vary based on destination and carrier.
4. Shipping Fees

Deliverable Regions:
Free shipping may be offered for eligible promotions. -
International Shipping:
Rates vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout. All applicable import duties, VAT/GST, and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. -
Remote or Transshipment Regions:
Deliveries to remote areas that require special transshipment logistics are subject to an additional $250 surcharge.
5. Duties & Customs
All customs clearance fees, duties, and taxes are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed (e.g., for DDP shipments with pre-arranged surcharge).
6. Address Changes & Rerouting

Rerouting after Shipment: No additional fees are charged for rerouting within the same delivery region.

Change of Destination Address: No rerouting fee will apply, but delivery timelines may be extended.
7. Sample Orders
Sample orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped via standard mail or courier, depending on the order size. Expedited options are available upon request.
8. Packaging & Handling
Fabric orders may be shipped as:

Folded and boxed
Packaging method depends on fabric type, shipping cost, and logistical efficiency. While we do our best to accommodate requests, specific packaging cannot be guaranteed. By placing an order, you agree to accept the selected shipping method.
9. Weather & Holiday Delays
Please note that delays may occur due to national holidays or adverse weather conditions. These are outside our control, and we advise customers to plan accordingly.
